On episode 55, I chat with Allie and Felicia of Keep Your Head Up. Both women sustained concussions while they were playing sports in high school; Allie playing rugby, Felicia, ringette. Both studied public health/health sciences at the University of Waterloo and now intend to share what they've learned about concussion through education and experience, to provide support and to raise awareness.
